Academy Active is an incentive programme designed to encourage sales of the Daimler Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge range in their national dealerships. The programme is measured and rewarded based on the employee’s competitor and product knowledge, and their own consumer marketing activity.

Mavada were commissioned by Academy Active to design and build a website and backend system that would manage their incentive programme and provide useful information to their dealerships. By creating a complex database, Mavada were able to retain the information of all of Daimler Chryslers employee's, manage their performance and reward them with the credits they would need to redeem a range of voucher prizes and dealership funds for each milestone they reached.

Working closely with Thomas Hannah & Associates, we have been able to transform Academy Active into the most successful incentive programme provided to Daimler Chrysler. In addition, Thomas Hannah & Associates have been able to maintain the information contained within the website using Mavada's CMS.
