Mavada were commissioned to design and build a website that would radically reduce the number of customer enquiries received by the Singlepoint call centre.

The website provides customers with a bank of information to satisfy their enquires, and a central point to manage their account details. A user-friendly content management system allows Singlepoint personnel to control the entire content of the website - allowing them to respond quickly to customer requirements and market forces.
